Where are bungalow neighborhoods?
Bungalow neighborhoods are located on the north, northwest, south, and southwest sides of the city. Some neighborhoods may have many bungalow concentrations and others few. Neighborhood boundaries do not coincide with the bungalow belt.

Are frame or stucco bungalows considered Historic Chicago Bungalows?
No, frame or stucco bungalows would not be eligible for certification as a Historic Chicago Bungalow. Frame and stucco bungalows are more characteristic of the Arts & Crafts bungalows found in California, Florida, or Massachusetts.

Does my bungalow have to be certified to qualify for the grant incentives?

Can I receive the same grant multiple times?

No. A certified bungalow owner may receive each of the four grants only one time.
