The HCBA offers grants for certified Chicago Bungalow owners to make their homes more energy-efficient, which benefits families and neighborhoods alike.

Energy Efficient Appliance Voucher

For families purchasing a Chicago Bungalow or taking advantage of the energy$avers, a $500 voucher for an energy-efficient appliance further benefits their bottom line.

Bungalow TaxSmart

Offered trough the City of Chicago’s Department of Housing, Bungalow TaxSmart is a mortgage program that provides a federal income tax credit to qualified homebuyers.

City Mortgage

City Mortgage is a city-backed home mortgage program that provides borrowers with the money needed to cover both down payments and closing costs.
