Process and Requirements:

• Please complete the application form and upload a photograph of the front and rear of your home.
• You must upload digital pictures (500kb or smaller) when using the online certification form. If you do not have digital pictures or cannot resize your images, please use our printable certification form instead.
• HCBA will review the application and notify the owner or subsequent owner, via mail, if the home is certified in approximately one week.

The amount of time required is dependent on the size of the pictures and the speed of your internet connection. (Two 500 KB pictures sent over 56 kpbs connection could take up to 3 minutes to upload) If you do not have digital pictures, please use our printable certification form instead.
