The Historic Chicago Bungalow Association uses its three
Green Bungalow Blocks for two reasons: to bring energy-efficient rehab to Bungalow homeowners and to educate residents through the city on what products and techniques are available for green rehab.
Each year, the Historic Chicago Bungalow Association and the Richard H. Driehaus Foundation honor homeowners whose work demonstrates the best bungalow landscaping, rehabilitation and restoration projects.

bungalow of the month series showcases a bungalow or bungalow block and traces the history of the home or development from its date of construction to the present. You might also get to take a peek into individual homes.
This annual event brings together all the resources owners or potential owners need to purchase, restore or rehab a bungalow.
