Project Description
The Greens used their rehab opportunity to address both structural and aesthetic concerns: a poorly positioned gutter was causing deterioration of the steel lintel above their dining room windows. Upon replacing the lintel, they repointed the brick, painted the wood trim a more historically appropriate color and installed new gutters. The result is cohesive and historically appropriate—likely not much different from when the home was first built.
Resources Used
Lintel Replacement: Floyd Ammon
Gutters: Rusnak Roofing
