Eve Fineman gained needed space by finishing her bungalow’s attic and adding two small dormers. The original peaks of the home’s hipped roof provide interesting spaces in the sitting area and master bedroom. A master bathroom was added featuring concrete tile flooring, glass mosaic tile walls, a soaking tub and rainshower, and a basin-style sink on a custom-designed vanity. Built-in millwork was designed into any extra spaces, including storage drawers in the knee-wall of the master bedroom.
