Maureen and her husband desperately wanted to improve the curb appeal of their bungalow; a front landscape consisting of dying bushes and historically unfit brick pavers. Together with the help of landscape architect, a cost saving landscape plan was created that would compliment waterproofing work they completed in their basement. With the help of neighbors, native grasses and small plants were chosen to absorb rainwater, flower over 3 seasons and negate any need to plant annuals, transforming the presentation of the home completely! The best part is the entire block can enjoy the beautiful front yard landscaping!
