Previous owners of the Koegel’s bungalows had installed a single picture window, flanked by two historically inappropriate double hung windows. The seals of the windows had long disintegrated and were causing considerable water damage. Recognizing the opportunity for a change, the Koegel’s removed the entire front span of the windows and replaced them with four 3 over 1 double hung windows. The tan finish of the windows recesses nicely in the bungalow façade, and the bungalow appropriate style highlights the character of bungalow.
