Jeffrey Kosmeder built a new wood fence around the perimeter of his property and a new rear deck that live up to the craftsmanship of his historic bungalow. Jeffrey himself did the designs and fabrication, receiving help from his father to put up the fence, and help from his nephew to lay the foundation for the deck. Complete with stained glass and copper details, the fence and deck highlight the Arts & Crafts style of the bungalow. Jeffrey even used a diamond motif—a common bungalow limestone detail—in the woodwork of the fence and carried it through to his handmade wood planter box and to each wood window casing. The Arts & Crafts theme is consistent throughout the property through other means such as landscaping and lighting.
