The original enclosed porch of Marco and Joanna’s bungalow was beyond repair with rotting wood and crumbling bricks. With the help of a contractor, the porch was completely removed, bricks were replaced and newly tuck pointed, and concrete was poured to act as a base for a large wood patio addition; a practical space to entertain family and friends!
