Years of neglect resulted in loose bricks, cracked concrete, a leaking foundation, and an overall lack of curb appeal for the Liberson’s new bungalow. The new homeowners got a new roof, soffits, and 3-over-1 windows in black to complement the new siding on the dormer and preexisting addition, as well as the new dark wood door. They removed the nonfunctional and unoriginal chimney crumbling on the roof, repoured concrete, repointed with proper mortar, replaced mismatched bricks, and removed paint from limestone. Now they have a healthy bungalow that feels like home!
