This 1950s enclosed back porch on a corner lot was in poor condition with aluminum siding, hazardous stairs, and a shoddy picture window. The Lusts brought it back to life with cedar shakes (to match their bungalow's dormers), clapboard, 5 double-hung windows and new stairs. Their newly rehabbed back porch now provides a mud room, storage space, and adds plenty of curb appeal that compliments the original bungalow style!
