Finished Attic for a Family

Christopher and Carolina converted their bungalow’s semi-finished attic into a two-bedroom, one-bathroom upstairs for themselves and their young daughter. The light and airy second floor has 7.5 foot ceilings, two dormers set back 20 feet from the front of the house following CBA’s Design Guidelines, a master bedroom, child’s bedroom, a full bathroom, and a reading nook. Built-in bookshelves create a geometric design emphasizing and elegantly framing the dormer windows.
