Built-In Bookshelf and Fireplace

Keith and Cassandra delved right into home projects after they purchased their bungalow in 2013. They wanted to use the bare wall in their living room as a place to store all their books, so Keith decided to create built-ins, complete with a fireplace and lighting. Starting with an electric fireplace unit and some stock cabinets, he built the entire oak wood structure, added Craftsman-inspired trim, and painted the unit linen white to match the rest of the interior.
