Nancy Jane and Frank’s bungalow had beautiful original art glass windows, but the arched upper portions were exposed to the elements. They hired carpenter Vito Pascolla to construct custom wood storm windows that blend in, and now the room is less drafty, noise is reduced, and the historic windows are protected.
