Project Description
Jackie purchased her bungalow as a foreclosure and used the 203K rehab loan to turn the gutted home into a comfortable and modern space. Jackie reconfigured the gutted home to work better for a modern lifestyle but maintained the bungalow feel with new hardwood floors, crown molding and trim and generous spans of windows. Using additional resources, such as the Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore, Jackie’s rehab is an excellent example of how reclaimed construction materials can be seamlessly repurposed into modern homes.
