As a designer and general contractor, Marie took a foreclosed deteriorating bungalow from a 2 bedroom 1 bath to a 4 bed, 3.5 bath while maintaining the historic character of the exterior and repurposing wherever possible. As a result of her sensibilities, this complete rehab has the benefits of all new construction with an open floor plan, with the look and feel of years past with its original oak floors, restored trim, period lighting and elements unique to bungalows, like the fold-down ironing board tucked into the wall!
