Leland and Lyieka's family bungalow is next to a Family Dollar with a large tree in the parking lot that damaged their property. After the business caused more damage trying to remedy the issue, Leland and Lyieka took on the repairs themselves. They significantly improved the value and curb appeal of their bungalow with repaved walkways, a privacy fence with lighting, and a regraded backyard.
