Grass refused to grow in the shaded backyard, so a shade garden was planted, along with a new garden on the east and west sides of the house. Additionally, 2 patios connected by a unique brick walk-way and a swing were constructed in the back, adding various restful areas to enjoy a glass of lemonade.
