Project Description
From Demo List to Dream Come True
During their home search, Scott and Diana came across a vacant bungalow on the city’s demolition list for years of neglect, and decided to save it from the wrecking ball. With his own architecture firm, Scott had the tools necessary to give the property the restart it needed. Along with the rest of the house, the rear was rebuilt, extended, and finished beautifully on the exterior with bungalow-appropriate shingles and siding. Where there was no garage before, they built a Craftsman-inspired three car garage with a wood-burning fireplace on the exterior, which they enjoy from the patio furniture, making their dream of an outdoor living room a reality.
