After nearly 30 years of living room carpet, the Millers bravely pulled it up and refinished the original hardwood underneath. But they didn’t stop there: the window sills, fireplace and bookcases—designed by Michele—were also carefully restored. Fresh paint on the walls and moldings completed the restoration.
