Dennis and Rolanda wanted to turn their enclosed back porch into usable living space. Doing most of the work themselves, they drywalled and painted, replaced deteriorating adhesive flooring with new tiles, uncovered the boarded up side windows, built window sills, and added stair runners and furnishings. Now, they have a comfortable, bright and tranquil space to spend time in.
