Over the course of 3 years, the Kreins lovingly restored 7 original windows in their bungalow, each in various states of working order. The windows were stripped, sanded, primed and painted a fresh white, and broken panes of glass were replaced. They also added weatherstripping and new trim where needed. Now the historic windows function smoothly, no longer have drafts and have a more modern look while preserving the historic characteristics of the home!
