Project Description
Lourdes and Enrique finished their attic, adding two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a cozy living area. To maximize the layout, they rerouted the stairs through the dining room, creating an open and inviting flow, and making room for first-floor laundry. With just a small setback dormer, the renovation enhances their space while maintaining the character of their historic bungalow.
