The Chicago Bungalow Association will host a live induction cooking demonstration led by Chef Monica Hayes of Tasteful Manners, who will show how induction cooking, which cooks with electricity instead of gas, differs from a traditional gas stove. Guests will also be able to taste the dishes prepared during the demo and be entered into a free giveaway of induction-compatible pots and pans!
You’ll also learn about the new Whole Home Electric program, in which Chicago Bungalow Association in partnership with ComEd helps eligible homeowners save money and reduce energy use by upgrading to highly efficient electric systems and appliances—including new induction stoves—at no cost to you.
